I am a professional lifestyle photographer. With a background in sports and portrait photography, I capture exceptional visual stories about what we do, how we do it, and who we are.
My love for photography was fostered by my father when I was a small child. He built a dark room in the basement of our home. I spent a lot of time with him developing black and white film and photographs.
I had the opportunity to photograph professional tennis players as a ball boy at the Washington, D.C. tournament back when it was on clay. I had the joy of shooting photos of Jimmy Connors, Guillermo Vilas, Yannick Noah, Jimmy Arias, and Aaron Krickstein at the height of their careers.
I shot photos for the sports information department at Rollins College and for the President’s Office. I enjoyed capturing the competitive moments of athletes playing basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, and swimming, and seeing their expressions when they could see themselves frozen in time.
As a father, I rediscovered my joy of photography as I captured memories of my kids as they grew up. Photographic images are great for capturing that moment, for us to enjoy now and for our children and grand children to see the lives of their parents.
